Brisbane – Ulta Beauty brand Gabria Cosmetics has opened a online store and cosmetics accessories store in Queensland’s inner south.
The store, at 1234 Wollongong Road, will be part of the Ulta network.
It will sell cosmetics and beauty products at discounted prices from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
It will also sell cosmetic and beauty accessories, including hair extensions and hair care products.
The shop will have the same range of products as Ulta UltaBeauty, but will have a wider selection of brands including Gabbielle, Bumble and more.
The online store will be in the same space as Ultababy and Ultaboot, and will also have Ulta Cosmetics Beauty & Beauty Shoppe and Ulta Glam.
Ulta Beauty is the company behind Ulta, Ulta Lux and Ultas.
Ulta has a retail store in Melbourne and a retail shop in Brisbane.
Its stores are based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart and Sydney.
A spokeswoman for the company said Ulta would not have a physical presence in Queensland if it were to open a store.
“It’s a very localised business, and we will continue to explore opportunities,” she said.
“We will be working closely with our partner companies to find the right location for Ulta.”
Ulta has more than 30 stores in the US and Canada.
Its first Australian store opened in December 2015.
