With the exception of a few companies that have hit the market and are now making a dent, the bulk of the cosmetics market is still in the hands of a handful of major players.
And it’s hard to imagine that things are going to change anytime soon.
In fact, it’s quite possible that this glut could have the opposite effect of what’s needed.
